home   How Can I Communicate with Other Users?

At Solarodo you can get in touch with questions about products and shipping costs with all sellers. You'll find a contact button in each product ad you just need to click to write a message to the seller. All communication can be found in "My Messages" under "My Account".

home   Newsletters and Alerts

Solarodo sends out alerts to your e-mail address every time an article is bought or sold. We also keep you informed with a newsletter about the latest products and special offers. If you would like to unsubscribe, just click the button in the footer of the last newsletter.

home   What Should I Do when I Did Not Receive an E-mail After a Purchase?

Usually all sellers and buyers receive an e-mail within 2 minutes after a sale. In case you did not receive an e- mail, please log into your account and check in your settings if the the email address you entered is written correctly and still valid.

If the e-mail address should not be up to date, you can change it in your settings.

If you should still not get an e-mail regarding your sale or purchase, please contact us via support@solarodo.com.

home   When Will Messages not be Forwarded?

Messages are not forwarded when users violate the Solarodo communications policy. No phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links and company names and company addresses may be included in the messages.

home   What Do I Need to Keep in Mind While Writing a Message?

Please make sure that the information you are asking for is not already listed in the product description. Usually all information is provided in the ad: amount, price, data sheets, age, location and whether it is a new or used product.

In case you have further questions to the seller that are not listed in the ad, please make sure to not violate the Solarodo communications policy. No phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links and company names and company addresses may be included in the messages.
